The Emerging Researchers National (ERN) Conference has opened travel award applications and abstract submissions. The Conference is aimed at students who participate in programs funded by the NSF HRD Unit, including underrepresented minorities and persons with disabilities. With this year’s theme of “Experimental Teaching,” the Engaging Teaching Symposium invites participants to submit research-based contributions as well as case-studies that make use of available evidence to discuss improved teaching, student learning and engagement, or professional development as teachers.
