If you have already received your COVID-19 booster shot but it is not recorded in the Student Health Patient Portal, please log in and enter the information through the "MEDICAL CLEARANCES" section, which allows you to enter dates and upload a copy of your vaccine records.

*Eligibility for a COVID-19 Booster is 5 months after the 2nd Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or 2 months after a Johnson & Johnson vaccine. If you received a WHO-authorized COVID-19 vaccine, you should obtain a Pfizer booster 6 months after your last dose.

If you have recently had a COVID-19 infection, you may wait no longer than 90 days to get a COVID-19 booster, but you are encouraged to get the booster if you are eligible.
