The Alcohol and Drug Program is offering a Digital Wellbeing Group for all UCSB Students. This group will provide participants new ways to take desired control over their devices and time in a safe and collaborative environment.

Throughout this four-week group, participants will learn about and reflect on the various ways in which our devices, such as smartphones, computers, televisions, and video game consoles, impact us and the world we live in. Group members will gain concrete skills to learn to moderate or make changes as desired to screen use. Particular emphasis will be given to examining intrapersonal relationships and how we develop, maintain, and navigate these, both on and off-screen.

Group meetings run from 3-4:30pm every other Tuesday (1/25, 2/8, 2/22, and 3/8). If you are interested in joining, please contact Justin Sundgot-Smith at jsmith89@ucsb.edu.
