The International Student Advisory Board (ISAB) is currently recruiting new board members for the Winter 2021 quarter. The recruitment is open to both undergraduate and graduate, domestic and international students. The application closes on November 14th at 11:59 PST.

- Graduate Student Application Form

ISAB is a select group of domestic and international UCSB students who conduct research and work to promote intercultural competency, as well as the internationalization of our campus. They serve as key advocates for international students and international education, which is now more critical than ever.

ISAB positions are unpaid. However, undergraduate student members earn 2 units per quarter that they serve. Graduate student members benefit from research and mentorship opportunities, as well as access to advisors and faculty who work in international education.

Accepted applicants will benefit from experiences such as:
- Advocating for international students and international education.
- Assisting OISS advisors in guiding and planning a quarterly schedule for members.
- Overseeing members' work and progress.
- Actively working to promote intercultural competency on campus.
- Helping OISS identify opportunities for improving the campus climate for international students.

Don't miss this wonderful opportunity! Apply today!
