The survey will remain open for 4 weeks. All UCSB students, both undergraduate and graduate, are invited to take part in the survey by accessing it from the unique link that will be sent to their email. The purpose of the NCHA survey is to give UCSB campus health service providers a better understanding of what the wellbeing needs are of the diverse student population at UCSB.

Students who complete the survey will automatically be entered into a raffle where fifty Amazon gift cards valued at $75 will be given away. If a student wishes to be entered into the raffle without completing the survey, they may do so by emailing Sharleen O'Brien.
