Fostering Empowerment: In the Face of Imposter Syndrome

Fri, Oct 22 2021, 12:00 PM - 01:30 PM
/ Location: Zoom

Imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their accomplishments and has a persistent, internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud." This workshop will explore ways to combat this concept through the use of empowerment. Empowerment is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one's life and claiming one's rights. This will be an interactive workshop with activities that introduce tangible skills to utilize in the face of imposter syndrome.

When: Friday, October 22, 2021, 12-1:30pm
