The Mellichamp Mind and Machine Intelligence Initiative is organizing three AI/Human Creativity contests: Short Story, Visual Art, and Music. The contests aim to compare the creative capabilities of humans, AI, and human/AI collaboration. There is a $700 prize for each contest. The deadline to submit it April 10.

As part of its 2024 Annual Summit "AI and Human Creativity", the Mellichamp Mind and Machine Intelligence Initiative is organizing three AI/Human Creativity contests: Short Story, Visual Art, and Music. The contests aim to compare the creative capabilities of humans, AI, and human/AI collaboration. The submitted short story, art, and music will be judged with no knowledge of whether the entries were created by AI, human/AI collaboration, or human only. More information and detailed instructions can be found at the links below.

ELIGIBILITY:  Open only to UCSB undergraduate and graduate students of all majors.  

DEADLINE:  April 10th, 2024 (11:59 PM PST)

GUIDELINE:  AI-generated work, in part or whole, and human-only generated work is accepted.  

PRIZE:  $700 prize per contest + featured on the Mellichamp Mind and Machine Intelligence website.
