Registration for the Promoting Postdoc Progress event is now live! The 9 weekly sessions held throughout spring quarter are constructed to help you build complimentary skills and launch your career. The program is open to all STEM postdocs at UCSB, and the deadline to register is March 8.
Promoting Postodoc Progress (P3) is a STEM postdoctoral professional development program held at UCSB every spring quarter. There are 9 weekly sessions that are constructed to help postdocs at all stages build complimentary skills and launch their careers. P3 comes from the collaboration between CITRAL, the Graduate Division, and CSEP at UCSB.
The program is open to all STEM postdocs at UCSB, and sessions take place on Thursdays in-person in CITRAL (Library 1576, Oceanside) from 12-1:30pm. The deadline to register is March 8.

Optional Workshop for P3 participants (end of April): How to build a low-cost high-reward writing habit
This 2-hour writing add-on is designed to help you maximize the benefits of the P3 course by offering you a range of tactics and tools for making writing into a reliable and even pleasurable habit in your working week. The event is designed and hosted by coach, writer, and researcher Dr Emily Troscianko, who is a visiting scholar with the English department at UCSB this year.
