The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is a highly competitive international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. The GSA COVID-19 Relief Grant assists graduate students who are experiencing sudden financial hardship due to the novel coronavirus. Examples may include, but are not limited to, loss of employment, medical expenses, sudden necessary travel, and other COVID-19 related expenses. The amount of an award ranges between $100 and $1000 depending upon individual circumstances.
