OVERVIEW
United Way of Santa Barbara County, in partnership with several other local institutions, is pleased to offer the following assistance programs and grants to members of the UCSB, Goleta, and Santa Barbara communities:
- Rental Assistance Grants for eligible individuals and families impacted by COVID-19.
- Individual Financial Assistance in the form of cash relief grants for individuals, families, and nonprofits impacted by COVID-19.
- City of Goleta Financial Assistance for city residents experiencing hardship related to COVID-19. Assistance can be up to $1000 for individuals and up to $2000 for families.
- Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), a free tax preparation service undertaken by volunteers for residents of Santa Barbara County between February 15th and April 9th, 2021.
