If you are attending a conference this winter quarter between January 8-April 1, you may apply for a Graduate Student Association travel grant to reimburse up to $200 of your conference or travel expense. The extended application deadline is now January 19, 2018.
The Winter 2018 Graduate Student Association (GSA) travel grant deadline has been extended! With the chaos of finals wrapping into the beginning of this quarter, the GSA has extended the deadline for travel grants to Friday, January 19. Award: Reimbursement up to $200 for conference expenses (registration or travel)
Deadline: Friday, January 19
Application Materials Required:
- Confirmation of your acceptance to present
- An abstract of the paper/project to be presented
- A receipt of conference registration fees
- Receipts for travel costs, if you have them
- Proof of attendance once you have participated in the event (photocopy of your badge or a photo of you at the conference)
