UCSB Health & Wellness invites all students -- including graduate students -- to participate in the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) survey. This comprehensive health survey helps H&W learn about the health and wellbeing issues students are experiencing, and helps campus departments implement and create programs to meet students' needs.
The survey is open until this Friday March 3rd, so please participate today!.

- Every student is emailed an invitation (and weekly reminders) with a unique link for them to access the survey.
- It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. You can save your place if you need to stop and start again later.
- Students who complete the survey will automatically be entered into a raffle where seventy-five Amazon gift cards valued at $50 will be given away.
- The purpose of the NCHA survey: to give UCSB departments a better understanding of the well-being needs and strengths of our students.
