The Mental Health Peers, in collaboration with the GSRC, are offering a virtual workshop on April 19 from 2-3pm: "Graduate School: Unpacking the Realities of Being a Graduate Student."

The seminar will focus on helping students unpack the multiple roles they navigate within their graduate programs. Seminar hosts will engage in authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability around what it really means to be a graduate student. The workshop will also help students identify strategies to foster and nurture the whole person.

RSVP on Shoreline for more information and to register for this event. Also, see the flyer below for more information about the other graduate student events offered by the Mental Health Peers this quarter.
