The Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity (RCSGD) staff are seeking to learn what barriers exist that negatively impact LGBTQIA+ students' academic success while at UC Santa Barbara. Their goal is to identify these barriers, so they can continue to remove them or to create resources and structures that will help students circumvent these challenges as they continue toward graduation.
