Join the Department of Theater & Dance for their 3rd Annual Graduate Symposium, "Dis/Placements: Performance, Movement, and Resistance". ​They have an exciting program of graduate student papers and performances from a variety of departments at UCSB, UCLA, and CSUN. In addition, ​their keynote speaker, Dr. Emily Roxworthy (UCSD), will present a talk entitled "The Repetition of History: Empathy, Performance, and the WWII Dis/Placement of Japanese Americans." The event is free and open to the public. Lunch is provided.
