Racism manifests in many different ways in society, one of them being within institutions such as the university system. Often times this form of racism is harder to locate and even harder to process. This panel aims to discuss in greater detail two main questions - what is institutionalized racism? and how do we navigate a system when we are still a part of it? - with the goal of giving all affiliated with the university who have experienced institutionalized racism, either consciously or subconsciously, the tools to handle and combat it.
