Come celebrate the work of Black queer and trans graduate students! We will be showcasing research by Black LGBTQIA grad students. The format of this research festival is intended to be as formal or informal as the presenters need. Some folks will be presenting preliminary ideas or results, others will be practicing their presentation skills, and some may be ready to present a fully fleshed out presentation. The intent behind this event is to become familiarized with each other's research, explore possible avenues for collaboration, practice presentation skills, and disseminate information. Come learn and support graduate students from all across UCSB!
