On February 15, our Diversity & Outreach Peers, Danny Meza and Ana Romero Morales, will host a panel discussion where you will hear from advanced graduate students about the subtle and not-so-subtle workings of race, class, gender, and sexuality in the academy. Whether it's navigating racism in the classroom, class and gender biases in the curriculum, or misunderstandings of what it means to be LGBTQ, you will gain new insights on unpacking social and cultural hierarchies inside and outside of the academy. Students from all backgrounds are welcome as we explore how to enhance the support for underrepresented graduate students on campus.

When: Friday, February 15, 2019
Time: 3-5pm
