As an international student, you frequently interact with peers, professors, and prospective employers in your non-native language. In such situations, are you confident while sharing your ideas with others? Do you feel comfortable using your voice? Mastering another language is no small feat, and vocal and articulation techniques can help you establish a confident demeanor that allows you to communicate effectively.

Join us for a workshop on May 22 with Bri McWhorter, a trained actor and founder of the communication consulting company Activate to Captivate. Bri will use her experience as an actor to teach you how to create clear and compelling stories as well as use effective verbal and nonverbal communication techniques. You'll learn how to portray confidence, create a connection with your listener, and use other valuable acting tools to improve your communication skills.

NOTE: Please RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot for the workshop.
