The Multidisciplinary Postdoctoral Training Program in Basic Diabetes Research at the University of Michigan prepares PhD basic scientists for careers in diabetes research. The objective of this program is to provide the research experience and skills needed for postdoctoral scientists to gain a modern cellular, genetic, and molecular understanding of diabetes, and to set the foundation for a career in basic diabetes research. The UC Santa Barbara Research Mentorship Program (RMP) is seeking graduate students, postdocs, researchers, and faculty in science and engineering for a paid mentorship opportunity this summer. Mentors are paid a stipend of $1000 per student. The deadline to submit project proposals is June 10, however, they may fill project slots prior to this date.
