Beyond the Professoriate's 10th Annual Online Career Conference for PhDs

Leaving academia can feel like a big, mysterious step into the unknown. After years of being successful in academia, it can be daunting and overwhelming to launch a professional job search. For the past 9 years, this conference has helped nearly 12,000 doctoral students and PhDs confidently explore career options and begin their nonacademic job search.

The conference features workshops that will help you build a foundation for your job search strategy and career panels that will help you learn about career options and what it takes to pursue a nonacademic career with a Humanities, Social Science, or STEM PhD.

By attending this conference, you'll build foundational knowledge you need to be successful in your job search. You'll also have the chance to hear directly from PhDs about their experience job searching, interviewing, and building new professional communities.
