The Office of Instructional Development, in collaboration with CITRAL, are excited to announce a Reading Group for all graduate students and postdocs who are interested in learning more about inclusivity and equity in teaching.

This will be a great chance to build community with other grad students and discuss important Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion questions during the Winter 2023 quarter. Join their reading group and become part of a community of learners!

Facilitated discussions will emerge from the reading of "Inclusive Teaching: Strategies for Promoting Equity in the College Classroom," available online for free. You'll learn practices in equitable teaching, and share impressions, questions, and strategies to build inclusive learning environments. At the end of the quarter, you'll have the chance to give a short presentation about your teaching at an Inclusive Teaching Symposium.

To participate, please register by January 9.
