Do you have an interest in helping junior high students and families gain familiarity with science and its importance in education? Would you like an easy way to get involved and give back to the local community? Are you looking for ways to increase your science communication opportunities outside the university? If yes, then you are invited to become a FUSE facilitator!

The facilitator training is scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, 5:30-7:30p in 1601 Elings Hall. Pizza will be provided. Please RSVP HERE to indicate if you can attend, the activities you are most interested in, and which evening programs you would like to join!

This term we will be:

  1. Seeing Holograms with Photonics Society
  2. Touching Kelp Beads with the BioPacific MIP
  3. Hearing Acoustic Resonance with the Quantum Foundry
