What do Comcast, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Siemens have in common? They all have used process mining to improve business operations and stay one step ahead of the competition. In today’s business world, only a fraction of Fortune 500 companies from 1950 remain today. To grow, operate and keep your customers happy, the most efficient and frictionless companies win.

Every company has countless digital footprints, tracked by internal systems. Whether it's your CRM, Accounts Payable, ERP, or even IT ticketing, all are working simultaneously across business landscapes to complete day-to-day activities. But with all these systems forced to run across a rigid and fragmented digital landscape, businesses are bound by the backlog, pain points in management systems, and bottlenecks in employee tasks. Celonis joins UCSB to explore how process mining analyzes all the internal systems of companies, streamlines operations, and leverages machine learning to adapt in real-time and aid in digital business decision-making.

This workshop is presented by UCSB-Alum Clifford Holt (Digital Consulting Director) and Kate Lovejoy (Senior Academic Alliance Manager).
