Whether you are on the job market or just starting to explore career paths, the Beyond Academia conference is here to help! This âannual conference aims to prepare UCSB graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in all stages and disciplines to pursue a wide range of career options. This year, organizers have lined up two full days of keynote speakers, interactive workshops, diverse career panels, and networking âevents to give attendees the opportunity to learn about potential careers in a variety of sectors and specialties outside of and alongside academia.
