OVERVIEW
The Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) Translational Research in Multi-Disciplinary Program (TRIUMPH) is a multi-disciplinary postdoctoral fellowship program for trainees with Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degrees interested in clinical and/or translational cancer research at MD Anderson Cancer Center. The fellowship provides salary, fringe benefits, and a modest travel stipend. During their three-year appointments, fellows will engage in didactic coursework (12-15 credit hours), clinical rotations, and translational research projects in oncology. Along with their CPRIT Faculty Mentor, a strategic team of co-mentors is assembled for each fellow and is integrally involved in mentorship and training of the postdoctoral fellow.
ELIGIBILITY
- Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. from a top graduate program (U.S. or abroad) in any of the life sciences
- Publications in top tier journals (must have at least two first-author papers)
- Dedication to pursue translational cancer research
- Applicants do not need to be US citizens. If the applicant has a visa, it must be valid for the duration of the fellowship.

The current application cycle closes on June 30, 2018.
There are four annual application cycle deadlines: March 31, 2018, June 30, 2018, September 30, 2018, and December 31, 2018.
