Attention humanities/social science Ph.D. candidates: apply by July 29 to the 21st Century Global Dynamic Research Fellowship.
The Mellichamp Global Dynamics Faculty Cluster ("Global Dynamics in the 21st Century") announce a call for applications for Fall 2017 Graduate Research Fellowships. Ph.D. candidates in the humanities and social sciences are welcome to apply. Fellows work under the direction of a Mellichamp Professor, providing support for research in one of the cluster's four areas of emphasis: gender and Islam, human rights, political economy, and media & culture. 
Application Deadline: July 29
Award: One quarter in-state tuition/fees, plus $7,500 stipend
Eligibility: Humanities/social sciences Ph.D. candidatesââ
Fellowship Commitment: 20 hours/week in Fall 2016ââ, with possible extension through Winter and Spring 2017
