The 2016 Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad application is now available. All UCSB applications are due to the Graduate Division by April 21.
The application for the 2016 Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Aâbroad fellowship (DDRA) âis now available. The Fulbright-Hays DDRA Fellowship Program provides funds for doctoral candidates to pursue full-time dissertation research abroad. This program is designed to contribute to the development and improvement of foreign languages and area studies. More information on the program and on this year's application can be found on the US Department of Education's website. 
Although the national application deadline is May 6, the Graduate Division's internal deadline is Thursday, April 21, to Fellowships Analyst Christopher Gifford.
