Creating Community: A Support Space for Graduate Students of African Heritage

The Creating Community: A Support Space for Graduate Students of African Heritage is a group designed for graduate students to engage in a discussion of the unique challenges commonly experienced as a graduate student of African Heritage. The group intended to help student relieve stress, be empowered, be encouraged, celebrate successes, and share ideas for maintaining a work-life-school-home balance.

Date/Time: Mondays, 3:00-4:30pm
Location: EOP Conference Room
Co-Leaders: Mario Barfield, Psy.D. & Meridith Merchant, Ph.D.
