Stress Reduction, Self Care & Meditation for Graduate Students

Help reduce some of your summer stress! Join Health & Wellness for a fun and interactive workshop that will teach graduate students techniques for managing stress and incorporating mindfulness into daily life.

Led by certified meditation facilitator and health educator Joanna Hill, this workshop is aimed to teach graduate students to be present, manage stress, and reduce symptoms of anxiety.
