2019 marks the sixth anniversary of TEDxUCSB! The event will feature nine talks on a range of topics centered on this year's theme, "Declaration of Interdependence." TEDxUCSB will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2019, from 2-6pm in UCSB's Theater and Dance W1701. Read on for details!

 Love watching TED talks? Come watch TEDx live at UCSB on June 1! This year's theme, "Declaration of Interdependence," highlights the importance of working together as a society to tackle and accomplish larger tasks. Nine speaker will discuss a range of topics centered on the theme of interdependence.

Among the featured speakers are UCSB's own Dr. Victor Rios ​(Dean of Social Sciences and Professor of Sociology) and Dr. Felice Blake ​(Associate Professor in the English Department), as well as three undergraduate students: Sanjana Rajesh, Elmer Flores, and Marissa Millwater.
