UCSB's Office of International Students & Scholars (OISS) needs experienced and friendly UCSB graduate students (21+) to help welcome the incoming class of international grad students. Your job, for Grad CALI Training at Corwin Pavilion, is to sit at a table and chat with students, answer questions when you can, help with simple ice-breakers, and share your UCSB experience and tips.

CALI Training for Graduate Students is Wednesday, September 19. It starts with lunch at 12pm, CALI program from 1-4pm, and wine reception from 4-5pm.

Volunteers are welcome to register for more than one session (if you want to connect with undergrads) and are also welcome to lunch with the incoming students and stick around for the wine reception.
