The UC Immigration Legal Services Center has updated its Frequently Asked Questions page in response to concerns over changes to immigration policy under the current presidential administration.

Some sample questions include:

  • I am a current DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipient. What will happen to the information I provided on my DACA application(s)?
  • What will happen to my tuition at UC if the DACA program ends?
  • What are CBP (Customs and Border Protection) checkpoints and what happens if I encounter one?
