Did you know that UCSB's Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) offers support just for graduate students? CAPS runs a number of process groups every year, and two of those groups are dedicated specifically to graduate students. Currently, they have 1-2 spots for interested graduate students to join these groups, which are designed for students who want to explore ways to build intimacy in interpersonal relationships, work on the interpersonal aspects of anxiety and depression, resolve problems and conflicts, and become more aware of their actions and communication styles. Graduate process groups meet on either Mondays or Thursdays from 3-4:30 p.m. in the San Clemente Office (Arrowhead 1108). If you are interested in joining one of these groups, please call CAPS at 805-893-4411 to sign up for a 30-minute informational meeting/pre-screen with the group leaders.

Additionally, there will continue to be drop-in support space for graduate students of African heritage on Mondays from 3-4 p.m. in the MCC lounge.
