UCSB Career Services is offering for a second year the Gaucho Job Shadow Program (GJSP)!

This program is designed to be an educational experience for students during the week of March 23rd-27th. It will provide them with the opportunity to explore and gain exposure to a new career area and for employers to mentor and provide insight to Gauchos interested in their career field. The GJSP aims to pair students with professionals in Santa Barbara and across California for an opportunity to spend a half-day or one full day in the workplace during Spring Break. For a student, this experience may involve shadowing a professional through a normal day's activities and could include informational interviews, a tour of the facility, and participation in actual workplace projects. This experience is a great way for students to get an insider's view of a position and an organization while gaining professional skills to get career ready and expand their network.
