The series' three sessions being on November 5 and welcome graduate students in any stage of their academic careers and from all academic disciplines.
The Ford Foundation Fellowship Success Series is here to support ALL students eligible to apply for the pre-doctoral, dissertation, and post-doctoral fellowship. Through three sessions, we will:

Cover the basics of applying to the Ford Foundation Fellowship and provide a Q&A session with fellowship winners and application evaluators (Q&A Information Session with Ford Fellows);

Break down the various writing components required and provide tips for how to craft a winning application (Application Writing Workshop: In-depth Look at How to Write Each Application Component); and

Read through sample winning statements to highlight what a successful statement looks like (Sample Application Writing Workshop: Deconstructing Successful Applications to Learn Helpful Strategies--for STEM students and for SHEF students).
These three sessions welcome graduate students in any stage of their academic careers and âfrom all academic disciplines. While we encourage students to attend workshops specific to their disciplines, students may attend any session. Students who are not applying this upcoming year but may in the future are also encouraged to attend so that they have ample time to prepare a strong application in subsequent years.
