UCSB Library is offering a Summer Python series on Tuesday mornings from June 25-September 10. These lessons are ​free and open to UCSB affiliates, including students, researchers, staff, and faculty. The lesson, Plotting and Programming in Python, is an introduction to programming in Python for people with little or no previous programming experience. Read on for more info and to sign up!

UCSB Library is offering a Summer Python series on Tuesdays from 9:30-11​am, ​​starting June 25 through September 10. These 90-minute lessons will take place in the Collaboratory on the second floor of the Library. These lessons are ​FREE and open to UCSB affiliates, including students, researchers, staff, and faculty.

The lesson, Plotting and Programming in Python, is an introduction to programming in Python for people with little or no previous programming experience. Learners will be able to create data frames, plots, and functions in Jupyter Notebooks. You can view the lesson materials here.
