The University Center Governance Board's broad mandate includes reviewing and exercising full authority over the operations and development of the UCSB's University Center (UCen) with respect to any matters involving policy - including short and long term planning for the financial viability of the UCen. These policies shall include, but are not limited to: operations decisions, maintenance, satellite operations, investments, purpose and image, facilities, services, programs, activities, etc. Therefore, if selected, you will enjoy an unparalleled opportunity to be of meaningful, impactful service here at UCSB, while preparing yourself as an accomplished leader.

Responsibilities as a student representative include attending biweekly meetings throughout the school year and serving on a subcommittee (ex. Dining services, programming). The UCEN is looking for exceptional talent with a passion for service, and bettering our campus. For more information please refer to UCSB A.S. Committee on Committees and to apply please send an email with attached CV and a brief statement of interest to n_a_p@ucsb.edu by May 20, 2019.
