This presentation on October 8 is for UCSB faculty members to learn about the various funding opportunities provided by the UC Humanities Research Institute (UCHRI) and best practices for successful grant application.

All UCSB faculty members are encouraged to ​attend a presentation by David Theo Goldberg, Director of the University of California Humanities Research Institute, about upcoming UCHRI funding opportunities. The presentation will be followed by a roundtable featuring UCSB grant recipients Juan Cobo (History), Alenda Chang (Film and Media Studies), Diane Fujino (Asian American Studies), and Jennifer Tyburczy (Feminist Studies). The event will conclude with audience Q&A. Come learn about UCHRI funding opportunities and best practices for successful grant application.
