UCSB’s Department of Statistics and Applied Probability is looking to recruit TAs for their lower-division introduction courses: Intro to Stats (PSTAT 5A) and Biostatistics (PSTAT 5LS). Interested students should submit application materials to Jamie Pillsbury-Fischler as soon as possible.

UCSB's Department of Statistics and Applied Probability (PSTAT) is looking to recruit TAs for their lower-division introduction courses: Intro to Stats (PSTAT 5A), and Biostatistics (PSTAT 5LS). Students with prior TA experience are preferred, although new TAs will be considered.

Students will only be considered if they have done at least one of the following:
(1) has taken an upper division or graduate level PSTAT course at UCSB
(2) has taken a graduate level UCSB statistics course(s) outside of PSTAT
(3) has an MA or MS in statistics or a related field

If you are interested, please send your schedule of courses (a screen shot of your GOLD is fine) and a transcript as proof of having completed the required stats courses to Jamie Pillsbury-Fischler.
