Join the Healthy Campus Network at an upcoming Mental Health Forum for students, faculty, and staff on how to negotiate a healthy work/life balance with your supervisor.

Having a healthy Work/Life balance is key not just for your personal life, but your career as well. A healthy work/life balance prevents burn out and leads to higher achievement at work. In order for supervisors to know what staff and students need to achieve a healthy work/life balance, staff and student employees have to communicate what they need to their supervisors, and why they need it. This panel will discuss the basics of preparing for and having those conversations.

When: Wednesday February 28, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Where:
McCune Conference Room (6th Floor HSSB)
