The UCSB Center for Spatial Studies is looking for interested students to present at the 2018 Spatial Lightning Talks. This fast-paced, interdisciplinary event is a great chance to share work or a special interest and is an excellent opportunity to practice giving a concise, attention-grabbing talk to a diverse audience. The UCSB Center for Spatial Studies is looking for interested students to present at the 2018 Spatial Lightning Talks. This annual series of 3-minute lightning talks brings together speakers from all over the UCSB campus and the local community to enlighten the crowd on spatial topics of all sorts. This fast-paced, interdisciplinary event is a great chance to share work or a special interest, and is an excellent opportunity to practice giving a concise, attention-grabbing talk to a diverse audience. Students, faculty, and staff from all departments and disciplines are welcome.

To present in the Lightning Talks please sign up no later than January 19. For inspiration, view videos and lineups from past years' talks.
