ONDAS seeks masters-level or above candidates for their full-time Student Activities Coordinator position. For primary consideration, apply by October 16.

The ONDAS Student Activities Coordinator (the Coordinator) is a full-time grant-funded administrative appointment that reports to the Director of Academic Success Initiatives. The Coordinator helps to develop and implement programs and activities aligned with the strategic vision outlined by the Coordinator and the Department of Education Title V HSI grant, "Opening New Doors to Accelerating Success (ONDAS)", including assisting with student programs and services and ONDAS Student Center administration.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's degree or above in a discipline relevant to the ONDAS Student Center. Note that applicants should explain the relevance of their degree(s) to the position
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with managing projects and employee supervision
• Ability to implement programs with supervision
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and conduct multiple projects
• Experience working with Hispanic/underserved populations

Desirable Qualifications:
• Research-based knowledge of best practices related to undergraduate student success
• Experience working within a federal grant program
