Attention all faculty, teaching assistants, and staff: GauchoSpace Support has services beyond email ticketing help! They also assist with gradebooks, assignments and quizzes, and even offer specialized trainings and advanced workshops. Check out their services and let them help you!

Attention all faculty, teaching assistants, and staff: GauchoSpace Support has services beyond email ticketing help! Here are some other ways they can support you.

  • Gradebook assistance:
    • For Fall 2016, the support team is available for Gradebook check-ups. GauchoSpace experts will look at your gradebook and verify that your calculations are correct. Drop-in or by appointment.
    • For Winter 2017, they offer assistance setting up your gradebook, adding graded items to your gradebook, understanding weights and points in your gradebook, displaying grades to students, uploading grades during the quarter and into eGrades.
    • For more complicated assistance or to standardize uploading of grades with your TAs, feel free to make an appointment or schedule a training with one of the GauchoSpace gradebook experts!
  • Assignments and Quizzes:
    • Learn how to set-up an assignment for online file submission and offline work. After submission, visit them to learn how to download all of your file submissions to provide feedback, upload feedback for students and grade submissions in the assignment.
    • For quizzes, learn how to set-up a quiz, add questions to your quiz question bank, edit a quiz and grade a quiz.
    • For Winter 2017, new assignment grading interface and quiz questions.
  • Advanced and Adaptive activities:
    • Want to learn more about Lessons, Workshops, the Glossary, building Books, Wikis, Blogs and other advanced tools in GauchoSpace? Attend one of the advanced workshops or make an appointment for a training session.
  • Department and TA trainings:
    • Want to standardize procedures for your department including TAs, introduce multiple new faculty members to advanced tools in GauchoSpace, and work with a GauchoSpace expert? Schedule a group training, make an appointment, or attend one of our scheduled Advanced Workshops. If there is a GauchoSpace topic that ​you would like covered, submit a help ticket to suggest a topic!
