If you are interested in working for the federal government and have a passion for public service, the Presidential Management Fellowship Program (PMF Program) is for you!
The PMF Program is a flagship leadership development program at the entry level for advanced-degree candidates. The Program attracts and selects the best candidates possible, but is really designed with a more narrow focus: developing a cadre of potential government leaders in areas such as public administration, engineering, technology, science, criminal justice, health, privacy, cybersecurity, and financial management, to name a few.
This 2-year program comes with a host of benefits that include 160 hours of formal training, non-competitive conversion after completion, and potential for promotions!
