Career Services and the College of Engineering have partnered to create an Engineering Resume Book, which will be available to premier corporate partners. These corporations have expressed a keen interest in recruiting UCSB students for engineering roles. This is a great fit for students with experience in the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, and Physics.

If you are interested in submitting your resume, please take the following steps:

  1. The Engineering Resume Book will only accept well-written resumes that meet industry standards. Please get your resume reviewed thoroughly by a career counselor before you submit. Once you submit, your resume will be in pending status until reviewed by professional staff at Career Services. After reviewed, you will receive an approval or rejection email providing next steps.
  2. To submit: Login to your GauchoLink account, under Documents tab (found on left side of main page) select "Opt-In Books," upload your professional resume and select "Submit."
  3. To stand out further, make sure your GauchoLink profile is thoroughly filled out and your LinkedIn profile looks professional.
