Graduate Division's Academic Services will be holding Filing Pre-check sessions during the week of August 28-September 1 (no sessions on Thursday). If you have questions about filing, or want to check the formatting of your dissertation, thesis, or supporting document, please schedule a Zoom appointment with an Academic Advisor from the Graduate Division. If you do not have a U.S. phone number, please email academics@graddiv.ucsb.edu to schedule a Zoom meeting.
To prepare for the Pre-Check meeting, please do the following beforehand:
- Review the Filing website.
- Review the Filing Deadlines.
- Prepare your questions in advance.
- If you want to review your formatting, have your document ready to share using the Zoom share screen function.
